Our core business activity is supplying cut and bent reinforcement to site. We can supply any quantity required from the smallest to the biggest order. We are known for our ability to process orders without delay and we offer the best lead-in times in the industry. We hold a stock of over 5000 tonnes at all times. Shape Code 99's/Problem Shapes

Our experience means we can do what others cannot. We are often asked to try and bend certain shapes that other suppliers cannot bend. You can relax in the knowledge that if it can be done, JSS can do it.

Needless to say our customers never have to go to a rival supplier to ask them!!!!!

 

Pile Cage Manufacture

We now can offer our customers a service were we will manufacture Pile Cages in our factory using three Stema/Pedax Pilemaster welding machine. The Pile Cages are made to customers specifications and will arrive to the site ready for use. Click here for Piling Page.

 

Prefabricated Reinforcement

We offer a service were we can prefabricate small elements in our factory. Beams, Columns, etc can arrive on site ready for pouring.

We also stock pre-made cages for U-Block Beams. These cages consist of 4 no. 6000mm long T12 bars tied with 100mm x 100mm R6 links fixed at 200 centres.

 

 

Fabric Reinforcement

We stock all the standard size Fabric Mesh Reinforcement at our Greenogue Yard and deliver to sites and Builders Providers nationwide in single bales or full loads.

 

 

 

Lenton Couplers

We supply Lenton Couplers for joining reinforcing bars. The bars are threaded in our depot in Greenogue, Dublin.

Accessories

We have Tying Wire and Spacer blocks in stock. We also have 100 x 100 mm U Block links in stock. We supply 12mm barrier fencing pins and round helicals from stock or made to order.
